Who we are

AAA Strong is operated by Svitlana Rerecich ("we", "us"). When you use aaastrong.app, buy a membership or a food-coaching package, you are contracting with Svitlana Rerecich.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use AAA Strong, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The service

AAA Strong provides home and gym strength-training workouts, exercise demonstrations, training plans, walking guides, general food-coaching information and optional paid food-coaching packages. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Please give accurate details and keep your login private — you are responsible for activity on your account.

Health and safety

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with your doctor before starting, follow the safety instructions, use easier options when needed and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. Content is general information and is not medical advice. You must accept the injury acknowledgement before training.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with its security (including malware, probing, scraping or bypassing access limits). You must not copy, resell or redistribute the workouts or videos.

Intellectual property

We own the app, workouts, videos, text, branding and all related intellectual property. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own training while your account or plan is active.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The membership is AU$14.99 per month and you can cancel any time. See our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work hard to keep AAA Strong running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
